Grit Camp is an independent online guide to obstacle course racing, tailored both to beginners and to the more advanced OCR athletes. It’s run by two OCR enthusiasts: an elite racer/SGX coach V and a former beginner Helena, now moving to competitive heats.

We write and publish content because we love the sport.

Our different situations mean you’ll get a varied perspective on OCR training. We’ll help you get better at the physical (obstacles, strength, running, nutrition choices etc.) as well as the mental (resilience and perseverance training). On top of that we try to review gear picks and give you technical suggestions.
