The best way to start your day is by fuelling up with some super food, rehydrating your body and balancing out your system’s PH. – Some Parsley and/or Stevia and/or pinch of Sea Salt for a taste
This blended together should make couple of pints of super alkalinising smoothie. Try to make this part of your routine, you will definitely feel the difference to kickstart your day and balance out your body’s PH. Moreover remember, as a general guide: to maintain health, the diet should consist of 60% alkaline forming foods and 40% acid forming foods .
